Vinificazione

Le uve vengono sottoposte a macerazione per circa 10-12 giorni, la fermentazione procede in acciaio. Il vino affina in bottiglia per un anno prima della commercializzazione.

Profumo

Al naso si sviluppa su note nitide di salvia e limone confit.

Gusto

Al palato è serio e definito, con una progressione dinamica che evolve in bocca. La freschezza e la succosità si bilanciano con un tannino leggero, creando un equilibrio tra acidità, sapidità e una lieve nota amara. Il finale è elegante, con sentori di infuso di erbe.

Indisena is a Chardonnay with character, coming from 25-year-old vineyards on clay soils. Fermentation and maceration with a rest in steel and a year of bottle aging give complexity and depth. On the nose, clear notes of sage and candied lemon emerge, while on the palate it stands out for its freshness and dynamism, with a perfect balance between acidity, flavor and a slight bitter note. The finish is elegant and persistent, with hints of herbal infusion. It pairs perfectly with grilled salmon, sour cream and dill, enhancing its aromatic profile.
