All the effort and satisfaction, for Cristina, come from the quality of the grapes, from the care and respect for them. The processes are rigorous and manual, limiting the use of sulfur in the cellar to the maximum and enhancing the expressiveness of the territory and the main varieties: Trebbiano and Montepulciano. Today she works about two hectares of rented land. Cristina is a woman who loves freedom, in its different forms of expression.
