The company has a surface area of approximately 35 hectares including vineyards, woods, arable land, olive groves and natural truffle ground. The entire surface is cultivated with biodynamic methods and is entirely certified organic.

They have always cultivated the land with special attention to the environment but for about ten years they have started a radical and constant approach to the natural world integral. The vineyards are protected with self-produced copper sulphate and lime and powdered or wettable sulphur, used according to the VinNatur production specification which provides for a very limited use of both sulfur and copper.

The production is based on the company history and the territory it represents , with coherence towards an almost century-old winemaking tradition but with attention to current winemaking techniques and styles. They never vinify in reduction, since a conscious winemaking does not fear oxygen but uses it carefully based on the needs of individual wines and vintages. The Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG and the Montefalco Rosso DOC are traditionally produced with fermentations in steel or amphora or open vats and aged in old wood.

With the 2017 vintage, filtration has also been definitively abandoned for white wines, which, like the reds, are naturally clarified with racking and oxygenation according to the lunar phases.
