Camillo Donati is an Emilian winemaker who has successfully transformed farming tradition into an authentic and recognizable winemaking project. His winery is located in Felino, in the hills of Parma, where his family has been cultivating vines for generations.

Donati's production philosophy is based on respect for the land and the pursuit of the fullest expression of the terroir. In the vineyard, no chemical shortcuts are used, while in the cellar, winemaking is artisanal: spontaneous fermentations, refermentation in the bottle, no fining or filtration.

The heart of production is represented by the sparkling wines refermented in the bottle, the true signature of the house: Lambrusco, Malvasia, Barbera, Trebbiano, and other typical Emilian varieties that, thanks to this method, retain freshness, energy, and all the conviviality of traditional wines.
