One of the most beautiful and intense views of recent times we had at Guillaume and Annalisa, in Arbois. Les Donneurs de Temps was born from a deep passion for viticulture fueled by over a decade of experience in sixteen different French vineyards. Guillaume embarked on this journey with the vision of creating a sustainable viticulture model that respects nature, man and tradition, allowing him to live his passion for winemaking.
The total extension of the vineyard is 1.5 hectares of vineyards, managed organically for over 10 years, without synthetic products, choosing instead to use natural substances such as sulfur, copper, clays, talc and herbal teas to protect its vines and promote growth, making extensive use of traditional practices that respect natural rhythms and common sense.
Les Donneurs de Temps stands out not only for its commitment to organic viticulture, but also for its economic model: Guillaume started the winery without loans or subsidies to avoid excessive financial burdens and maintain independence. This approach was made possible thanks to the "Donneur de Temps" mechanism: each person, as part of the community, contributes when, how and how they can, helping each other in times of need. This adds charm to the story, and adds a balanced taste to the wine that goes beyond the substance in the glass.
