Rocco and Benedetto began the Fra I Monti adventure in 2018 in Terelle, in the province of Frosinone. The idea behind the creation of the company is to rediscover a territory where wine has always been made, using mostly native vines, or traditionally used, such as Semillon, brought by Napoleon's troops at the beginning of the 19th century. The vineyards have been recovered from years of abandonment, and are located at almost 1000 meters above sea level, surrounded by chestnut groves. All the vines are grown organically, and in the cellar the fermentations take place spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts, for some of the wines the amphora is the container chosen for the refinement.
