Enrico and Andrea, the veterinarian and the pharmacist, two friends who have been passionate about natural wines since they were very young, have spent several years visiting companies, participating in and organizing tastings, spending their vacation days in the vineyards. Until 2010 when they took to the field and founded the agricultural company Il Moralizzatore: they rented a couple of vineyards and took obsessive care of them, doing all the work by hand, even the treatments with copper and sulfur. The work in the cellar is precise and fundamentalist, with a careful selection of the bunches and a characteristic that distinguishes them, namely the destemming by hand of all the grapes, to obtain more cleanliness and elegance. Today it is a three-hectare company in the upper Vicenza area: a part on the hills of Mason Vicentino, cultivated with Cabernet Sauvignon, and another in Fara Vicentino, where we find the native Vespaiola and Groppello, as well as Pinot Nero and Merlot.
