In the flat surroundings of the province of Venice stands Tessère, a winery and agricultural business led by Emanuela Bincoletto, daughter of the founder Ilario who created it in 1979, who carries on with commitment and passion the foundations laid by her father. Motivating and guiding her in her business is a combination of heart and passion, through which she manages to bring out the typical aromas and flavors of her territory, often too little considered, from her wine production. The vineyards owned by the Tessère winery are located between the municipalities of Noventa and San Donà, immersed in the heart of the DOC Piave and are worked and cultivated according to the organic regime, where often and willingly some practices and techniques belonging to the dictates of biodynamics are inserted. No fertilizers of any kind are used and weeding in the vineyard is only mechanical, without the use of chemical substances. Among its rows grows the main grape variety of this area, Raboso, which Emanuela subjects to different and multiple wine interpretations: from the red that takes up tradition to the classic method sparkling wine that maintains craftsmanship and character.
