"White Label" bottling project for WineGoverno distribution. The bottles come from a small producer not far from Riva Del Garda, which mainly produces Classic Method based on Chardonnay. The two parcels of Chardonnay over 40 years old, are located at 550 meters on the northern side of Monte Baldo, on a soil of morainic origin, with a stony skeleton of porphyry and granite . The result is a decisive and dry Classic Method; fine and balanced with a pleasant background of ripe fruit and wild flowers.
