A small family-run company, founded in 1924. First, grandfather Giuseppe Zago, and now his grandchildren Christian and Marika Zanatta, carry on the tradition of Valdobbiadene Docg Rifermentato in Bottiglia.

Always lovers of maceration, we start the fermentation of our musts in contact with the skin, thanks to natural yeasts. After three, four days we proceed with the racking and subsequent pressing of the marc with the press. In spring the bottling, without filtration, where natural yeasts always operate in the refermentation in the bottle.

Our second product is the Valdobbiadene Docg Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero, which is disgorged after 18 months of refinement on the yeasts.

In the vineyard there is no weeding or chemical fertilization, instead we use manure and compost produced by us. For disease control only copper and sulfur.

A Good Wine is produced only from a Good Land.
