Farm Alla Costiera
The Azienda Agricola Alla Costiera is located in Vo' Vecchio, at the foot of the Euganean Hills in Veneto, and is run by Filippo Gamba, a winemaker who has chosen to follow an artisanal and nature-friendly approach. The company was founded in the 1950s as a family business, but since the 2000s, Filippo has taken over the family vineyards, transforming them into a coherent and visionary project, focusing on quality and sustainability.
The vineyards, cultivated with certified organic methods since 1998, span approximately 10 hectares and include typical local varieties such as Tocai Friulano, Moscato Giallo, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, in addition to other local grapes. The agronomic management prioritizes biodiversity and soil vitality, without the use of synthetic chemical products.
In the cellar, Filippo continues with the same spirit: spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, vinification without clarification or filtration, and minimal use of sulfur dioxide. The result is sincere, vibrant, and territorial wines that combine freshness, immediacy, and aging potential.
Alla Costiera's labels range from fragrant and mineral whites to vibrant and juicy reds, including re-fermented sparkling wines that best represent the Venetian peasant tradition. Each bottle reflects Filippo Gamba's direct and genuine style: everyday wines, yet capable of exciting and surprising with their authenticity.
