Passerina is a white grape variety, originally from the central Adriatic area. The leaf is medium-sized, pentagonal or five-lobed; the bunches are sparse and conical-pyramidal in shape; the grapes, small or medium-sized and spheroidal, have a thick skin rich in pruina.
