NICOLA GATTA THE NATURAL SOUL OF FRANCIACORTA
Nicola Gatta produces his sparkling wines in the easternmost area of Franciacorta, on the limestone hills of Gussago and Cellatica at 400 meters above sea level. In the vineyard, the principles of biodynamics are followed, without using herbicides or synthetic chemicals. In the cellar, only spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts naturally present on the skins. No type of clarifying or stabilizing agent is used. The sulfur present is of natural and not exogenous origin. The principle is to enhance a territory that is different in nature and origins, with the aim of obtaining wines that represent it without compromise.
