Chantillon
Cantillon is a Belgian brewery located in Brussels that opened in 1900 and has been almost exclusively dedicated to the production of Lambic beers. Since its foundation, the company has been managed continuously by the Cantillon family, until the last Cantillon passed it on to his son-in-law. Since then, the brewery has been managed by the Van Roy family, who have kept the Cantillon name unchanged. The brewery produces Lambic beers brewed using the traditional method and is the last Lambic brewery in the city.
