I FOLLOW NATURE AND EVERY YEAR MY WINE IS DIFFERENT
Natalino Del Prete is a true farmer, from Puglia and he cultivates his own vineyards in Salento, his family has been cultivating life for 3 generations. A quiet man with lively blue eyes, Natalino and his family have been producing organically since 2004, but safeguarding the soil, the environment and the consumer have always been part of their ideology. The total extension is about 11 hectares, of which 7 are cultivated with vines and 4 with olive trees, the varieties are those typical of the area Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, Primitivo and Aleatico; this last grape is typical of this area and made even more intriguing by the legend that hovers around the Aleatico: the lands where the vineyard is located are called "Land of the Messapians" and it is nice to think that this particular sweet wine was used by Ulysses to ingratiate the Cyclops Polyphemus, as it was imported by the Greeks when Puglia was the territory of Magna Graecia. Honest wines that leave their mark, always offering sunshine and ripe fruit in the glass.
