This is the story of our friendship with Bepi Baldessari and a series of tastings from the barrels of his cellar, in Povo di Trento. Born almost as a joke a few years ago, this project of bottling the wines we liked the most, with a graphic design designed by us, continues with ever greater success. SINE [aut fere], Q500 and Rosa Montis are the product of the expert hands of Bepi, a sincere man who loves his territory and his vineyards, working them with great respect and sensitivity. Even in winemaking the interventions are minimal and the result are digestible and very elegant wines.
