Domaine Des Cavarodes extends over five hectares in northern Jura with predominantly Kimmeridge soils of lime and clay, a type of terroir not very common in the Jura.  In the fields, Etienne works biodynamically and in the cellar with minimal impact. The wines are slowly matured in old barrels.
