Dynamism and foresight have allowed Isaac and Manuel Cantalapiedra, father and son, to be the architects of the birth of this young company located in the municipality of La Seca, a small village of 1,000 souls on the high hills south of Valladolid and the beating heart of the Castilla y León denomination. It is precisely here that the two, driven by a passion for vines, land and tradition, have decided to re-evaluate one of the most interesting grapes in Spain, Verdejo, cultivating centuries-old ungrafted vines. Biodynamic techniques in the vineyard and minimally invasive techniques in the cellar allow them to create wines of unique finesse and great longevity.
