Monban, was born from Matteo Bisol, with the aim of producing wines with minimal intervention, trying to combine the genuineness of our grandparents' wines with the skills and experience that the world of natural wines has developed in recent years. The grapes ferment spontaneously, the wines are not filtered and only a minimal amount of sulfur is added at bottling. We want to demonstrate that even in Valdobbiadene it is possible to make wine like this.
