Malvasia Nera is a grape variety that belongs to the large Malvasia family that has 18 officially recognized specimens. This black grape is part of those minor native Apulian grape varieties that in recent times have managed to shake off the status of blending grapes to become highly appreciated protagonists in the wine scene.
