Anthony Tortul is well known in the small world of natural wines, having been one of the most innovative and talented winemakers in the south-west of France since 2008. The recipe is simple: the grapes are all organic or obviously biodynamic, coming from selected plots, most of the time a little isolated or with strong singularities, the vinifications are all carried out with indigenous yeasts and without ever adding sulphites... real grape juice! An infinite range of cuvées that vary from year to year based on the vintage and what is considered more interesting and good to vinify according to Anthony who with his crazy talent always gives us very strong emotions.
