Al palato è croccante, asciutto, con una grande freschezza.

Description

White wine obtained from 60% Chardonnay, 35% Incrocio Manzoni and 5% Moscato grapes, vinified with a short maceration on the skins followed by 10 months of aging in cement, then 6 months in the bottle. On the nose it is elegant, with notes of green apple, lemon and a bitter hint of aromatic herbs in the background, sage and rosemary. In the mouth it is crisp, dry with great freshness.
