By Giulia

"My company was born from an encounter with a fullness." This is how Giulia Fiorentini describes the roots of a dream cultivated since childhood, when, despite growing up in Milan, at just seven years old she declared she wanted to be a farmer. After years of travel and youthful restlessness, the call of the land became irresistible, and she found a home in Cupramontana, the heart of Marche and a crossroads for independent winemakers. Here, amidst generous hills and farming communities, Giulia learned the ancient practices of the vineyard and winemaking, eventually establishing her company in 2012.

Since 2016, she has shared her journey with Ileana, her life and work partner, also originally from the city but thirsty for nature and freedom. Together, they cultivate about 2 hectares of vineyard in the area most suited to Verdicchio, managing the vines with profound respect and working in the cellar without compromise: spontaneous fermentations, no chemical additives, no manipulation. Their wines are authentic stories of the land, reflections of the vintages and the emotions they experience among the rows.

This gives rise to labels such as Gentile, a vibrant and luminous white; Grottesco, deeper and more complex due to long macerations; and Scompiglio, an irreverent and surprising ancestral wine. Each bottle carries an idea of wine as a free expression, a song of nature that is never the same, always new and elusive.

For Giulia and Ileana, cultivating means continuously being reborn, discovering a fragment of beauty in every plant, and transforming daily effort into an act of love. Their company is both a life choice and a promise of freedom: a small, courageous, and luminous project that makes wine the most direct language of nature.
