The company is located in Sales, a stone's throw from Trieste and the sea. Matej and his family do all the work by hand, and grow the three vines that have found a home in that rough and arid territory: Malvasia, Vitovska and Terrano: all the wines rest in the cellar dug into the stone, in a natural environment, where they ferment and refine, in used oak barrels for at least 2 years.
