Located in Polisot, in the Côte des Bar, the small Maison Petit Clergeot was born from the impulse of Paul-Bastien Clergeot who in 2017 created his own winery. The vineyard he owns occupies a total of 8 hectares distributed in the following 3 villages: Polisot, Balnot sur Lagne and Les Riceys. Paul-Bastien Clergeot immediately approached the principles of organic farming and certification should come starting from the 2020-2021 harvest. If asked to summarize his production philosophy, he would summarize it like this: “une parcelle, un cepage et une année”; a unique Champagne to create unrepeatable experiences year after year.
