The company's name comes directly from the land that hosts it, a farm owned by the Iannaccone family for generations. Over time, the experience gained here in the cultivation of vines, hazelnuts, chestnuts and olives has become a precious tradition to be passed down, accompanied by a pure passion for the world of wine and the desire to express with love their land and their history. The environment surrounding the company is dominated by the Roccamonfina volcano, no longer active and which has left behind an extremely rich and mineral soil, an ideal fertile cradle for vineyards. The result is perceived in the fresh and mineral wines of I Cacciagalli, whose bunches grew during the hot and dry days and rested during the mild and breezy nights. The choice to leave space for nature, in the formation of the personality of the wines, has led the company to forge a solid philosophy, applying the principles and practices of biodynamics in the vineyard. Significant is the use of terracotta amphorae for the vinification of the grapes: in this way all the aromas are preserved unchanged. The Caserta terroir is thus told by the wines born from the love of Diana and Mario, with an intense and elegant character, an expression of love for their land.
