Pinot Meunier

Its particular name comes from French: the term Meunier means miller and recalls the characteristic down present on the lower part of the vine, which seems to be covered in flour. It is a vine that, although descending directly from Pinot Noir, has better and more abundant production characteristics. In fact, we are talking about a type of vine that vegetates late and for this reason manages to avoid being damaged by frosts that would then delay its production and therefore the harvest.
