Vinificazione

I grappoli vengono delicatamente pressati, con il mosto così ricavato lasciato a fermentare grazie ai lieviti naturalmente presenti sugli acini e nell’ambiente di cantina. La conseguente maturazione di 14 mesi sulle fecce fini ha luogo in vasche di acciaio per il 70% della massa e in piccole botti di rovere usate per la restante parte.

Profumo

Al naso si intrecciano intense note di frutta a polpa gialla matura e agrumi, arricchite da delicati sentori di fiori bianchi.

Gusto

Al palato è vivace e avvolgente, con una freschezza vibrante e un finale elegante, aromatico e leggermente balsamico.

Description Description

Maison En Belles Lies' Bourgogne Blanc is a pure Aligoté, fresh and balanced, ideal for aperitifs and shellfish. The grapes, selected manually, are vinified by hand and the wine ages for 14 months on the fine lees, in steel and partly in barrique. It stands out for its intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. Notes of yellow pulp fruit emerge on the nose, while on the palate it is aromatic and fresh, with a slightly balsamic finish, which gives depth and finesse.
