Chardonnay from a blend of parcels (comprising approximately 8 hectares in total) with vines of varying ages grown biodynamically, with altitudes between 250 and 400 meters. This wine was born from an idea by Athenais to give voice to the peculiarities of the production year, as if it were a liquid photograph, in full respect in terms of quality. Grapes harvested at full ripeness, with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and large barrels, where it remains for 18 months. A wine that is the child of its vintage where minerality, fruit and terroir are perfectly blended to create splendor and drinkability, fresh fruit at first that immediately moves into a sensation of pulp and toasted note with a savory and mineral finish.
