Every year we rediscover our tradition as we select the bunches that allow us to make this wine. The drying method allows us to fully appreciate very simple practices that transform the grapes into something special. The manual harvest, the cleaning of the bunches, the resting in the fruit cellar, the slow and calibrated drying, the pressing at the beginning of winter, the choice of wood for the refinement, and finally the bottling at the right time give this wine an unmistakable character, which connects us to an indelible past. This is the Amarone della Vigna Monte Preafitta.
