The old Sauvignon vines of the Franco Terpin winery are located on the high hill of San Floriano, characterized by a mineral soil, rich in sandstone marl. The path that leads to the birth of this wine starts with the manual harvesting of the bunches in small crates, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about 10-12 days and ends with aging in oak barrels for at least 30 months. It is finally bottled without filtration.
