Diraspatura delicata senza pigiatura. Fermentazione spontanea e affinamento a contatto con le bucce in tinajas (anfore) dai 350 ai 450 litri per 9 mesi. Assemblaggio e decantazione in vasche di cemento dai 15 ai 40 hl fino all’imbottigliamento.

Al naso si esprimono i profumi tipici dati dalla macerazione, con liquirizia, note speziate, e un sentore floreale.

Di buon corpo, equilibrato, fresco e con una percepibile nota tannica.
