Pure Tocai Friulano, from the Montona vineyard, located in Cormons at 190 meters above sea level. The vineyard, planted in the 1960s and surrounded by woods, stands on complex and fascinating soils: a combination of ponca with ancient marine sediments such as foraminifera, dolomitic rocks, volcanics and coral fragments. In the vintage the yield was deliberately limited, with just 40 quintals per hectare. The harvest took place on September 20, followed by direct pressing of the whole bunch. After two days of maceration on the skins, the wine fermented and matured exclusively in cement tanks. A wine with a strong character, which offers a long, vibrant and structured sip.
