The land of Cascina Borgatta is located in the municipality of Tagliolo Monferrato, a medieval village perched on a hill, boasts rolling hills around it and fertile soils of silt-sandy origin that lend themselves well to the production of the native Dolcetto in one of its most structured and suitable for aging variations, the Dolcetto di Ovada. A third of the 4 hectares of property are planted with Barbera, and a few rows for personal consumption white grapes, the Cortese that gives life to a simple still white and a little Moscato.
