Jakot is a wine that does not hide, from the first glance: its slightly cloudy color, with orange amber hints, already lets you guess the density of the liquid that we will find on the palate but above all the approach used in the vineyard; zero filtration or clarification, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. In addition to a great freshness and complexity we find in the glass a clear savory note, due to the proximity of the vineyards to the sea, with plants grown on hills of marine origin, formed by layers of sandstone marl that locally take the name of "ponka".
A wine that is a clear expression of how a strong and raw character, typical of this terroir, can combine with great complexity to generate a unique result.
