Description Description

Pure Chardonnay with a complex personality. Half of the vines planted in 2011 with a massal selection of old Chardonnay from Meursault in the municipality of Corpeau, half planted in 1964. Direct pressing and fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks for 14 months, then racking and aging in sandstone amphorae for 19 months.
