Sauro Maule is a young agricultural entrepreneur. In 2010 he decided to follow his passion and become a winemaker, starting to replant the vineyards owned by his father Lino, on the limestone hills of the Berici Hills and in the Gambellara area. He immediately followed the natural cultivation method both in the vineyard and in the cellar, and consequently in his vineyards neither pesticides nor chemical fertilizers have ever been seen, and natural grassing reigns, with winter green manure and the reduction of treatments with copper and sulfur. He began to make wine with the 2011 vintage, drawing inspiration and help from Angiolino Maule. His first creations were very successful and elegant and he continued on his path, gradually becoming more and more committed.
