We can consider it the Grand cru of the company: 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah from 80-year-old vines grown in soil rich in silt and clay at altitudes of about 300 meters. After the manual harvest of the grapes, they are fermented in whole bunches in cement and then, once fermentation is finished, they are refined in large "foudre" to help it maintain the characteristics of the terroir and the wine; on the nose wild strawberries and berries, a fresh and very long palate, with structure but great drinkability. A splendid French wine!
