Cantillon's Gueuze is the end result of a complex blend of Lambics of different ages and with different flavors stored in oak barrels. Once bottled, the bottles are placed horizontally in a cellar and left to rest for about a year, so that the total transformation of the sugars into carbon dioxide occurs, that is, the refermentation. When the process is finished and the lambic turns into a foamy beer it will be called Gueuze. A beer that has an intense golden color, the aromas perceived on the nose and palate are pungent and intense, as the style requires. The aroma and taste are characterized by acidic and fruity notes, with hints of wood, leather and undertones. On the palate the drink is enveloping and characterized by astringent and acidic notes that accompany the sip until the end. Suitable for aging.
