Vinificazione
Le uve fermentano in legno con lieviti indigeni e macerazione sulle bucce. Matura per 24 mesi in botti di legno e viene imbottigliato senza procedere a nessuna filtrazione.
Profumo
Al naso varia da note di albicocca, scorze d’arancia, sfumature iodate, echi di salsedine, cenni di resine, miele ed erbette balsamiche.
Gusto
Al palato è ricco, schietto e generoso, di grande coerenza territoriale.
