Vinificazione

Vinificazione con fermentazione spontanea e contatto con buccia per 15 giorni, poi il succo viene svinato e messo a riposare in barrique e tonneaux per almeno 24 mesi. Nessun trattamento di chiarifica o filtrazione, rimane in bottiglia per un periodo di 8 mesi prima della messa in vendita.

Profumo

Al naso si presenta erbaceo e speziato, caratterizzato da sfumature vanigliate e da richiami alla ciliegia sotto spirito.

Gusto

Caldo, alcolico e rotondo, con un finale che ritorna sul frutto.

Description Description

The name Badebec comes from the mythical monster that is said to roam the forests above Gressan and occasionally delights in children who misbehave in the village! Wine born from the old vines of Gressane and Jovecan with an age ranging from the youngest of about 40 years up to a maximum of 100 years, with a journey of Aosta Valley origin. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation and contact with the skin for 15 days, then the juice is drawn off and left to rest in barriques and tonneaux for at least 24 months. No clarification or filtration treatment, it remains in the bottle for a period of 8 months before being put on sale.
