Vinificazione

Vinificazione con fermentazione spontanea e contatto con buccia per 15 giorni, poi il succo viene svinato e messo a riposare in barrique e tonneaux per almeno 24 mesi. Nessun trattamento di chiarifica o filtrazione, rimane in bottiglia per un periodo di 8 mesi prima della messa in vendita.

Profumo

Al naso propone un mix di note floreali e fruttate che accompagnano per mano una trama tannica fine e ben integrata.

Gusto

Al palato è avvolgente con un carattere caldo e setoso che si chiude con una piacevole acidità.
