Corvina 50%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara 10% vinified and aged 18 months in cement tanks and 8 months in bottle. From the Marcellise vineyards, it was the company's first wine with the most natural vocation, with spontaneous fermentation.
Grapes pressed directly without any drying or use of stronger grapes such as Cabernet, vinification in steel and cement to avoid the taste of wood.
