Corvina 45%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 20%, Croatina 5%. Carefully selected grapes dried for up to four months on wooden trays under a portico, without controls or ventilation. Aged for four years in oak tonneaux.
It is an important Amarone but not a crowd pleaser, with a low sugar residue, around 5 g./liter: it fascinates the nose, enveloping in the mouth, it can have a good drink, in addition to the persistence and silkiness on the palate. The grapes are dried for four months on wooden tables, to then vinify and refine, for 4 years, in oak barrels. A bottle that represents the spearhead of the entire production of the Terre di Pietra agricultural company, and that is produced only in the most exceptional years: a great opportunity to discover a great wine.
