Sordina is the toponym of the Colli Berici area of Lonigo where the vineyards are located. A territory formed by the succession of rocky layers due to the marine sedimentation process. The expression in sordina also means doing things on tiptoe and that is how, in 2019, they produced their first wine. The project starts from the recovery of old vineyards and new plants for a total of 8 hectares. The varieties grown are: glera, garganega, tai rosso, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and pinot nero. They work the land in the most natural way possible, eliminating the use of any chemical substance. In the cellar they enhance the characteristics of the raw material and the terroir without the use of selected yeasts, clarifications and filtrations, accompanying the must in its natural transformation process. Sincere and unique wines, companions of loud laughter.
