Corvina 40% – Corvinone 20% – Rondinella 25% – Croatina 10% – Teroldego 5% harvested from the locality of Cavreghe in Torbe di Negrar at 430 m. Careful selection of the grapes with manual harvesting in 6 kg crates and brief drying for 20/30 days and then fermentation in steel tanks. Following aging 36 months in 500-liter oak barrels and aging in bottle 18 months.
