Produced with grapes from the youngest vines available to Angiolino that rest on the volcanic soil typical of Gambellara. In the vineyard, any chemical or synthetic product is banned, and after a careful manual harvest, which includes the selection of the best grapes, the bunches are taken to the cellar. It then continues with spontaneous fermentation that takes place in wooden vats and maceration on the skins for 13 days. The liquid ages for 8 months in steel.
