The name GRANSELVA comes from Selva di Montebello, the area from which the grapes for this wine originate. The young vineyards, around 10 years old, host a blend of Garganega and Durella, varieties that find a fresh and immediate expression in this territory.
The grapes are pressed directly as whole bunches, without maceration, and fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The aging, lasting approximately 7 months, also occurs entirely in steel, with the aim of preserving aromatic integrity and gustatory tension.
The result is a fresh, fruity wine with marked acidity, dynamic and thirst-quenching, designed for an agile and pleasant drink. Ideal as an aperitif, it is also highly versatile for pairing with various dishes, thanks to its liveliness and natural freshness.
