Vinificazione

Il contatto con le bucce è lungo e può protrarsi fino a un mese per poi terminare una parte in cemento e una in parte in tonneau di rovere. Affinamento in cemento e legno per un’ulteriore anno e poi imbottigliamento.

Profumo

Al naso note intense di frutta che ricordano la fragola e il lampone, sensazione minerale e terrosa, leggero odore di cuoio.

Gusto

Al palato è un emblema di eleganza, succosità sensazioni sanguinee e fruttate nel contempo, sa donarsi in modo evolutivo nel tempo.

Description Description

The vineyard that gives this wine, symbol of Tuscany, is composed of Sangiovese 90% Cannaiolo 5% Colorino 5% where the old vineyards are from 1970 up to the youngest planted in '96 and '98 at 400 meters in clayey and marly soils. The contact with the skins is long and can last up to a month and then ends partly in cement and partly in oak tonneau. Aging in cement and wood for a further year and then bottling. A wine emblem of elegance, juiciness, bloody and fruity sensations at the same time, it knows how to give itself in an evolutionary way over time, excellent wine to accompany grilled meat dishes.
