Au Fil Des Générations Chardonnay 2021 Tony Bornard

During the 2019 harvest they lost a large quantity of grapes. To produce a single white it was necessary to combine the grapes of each parcel of Chardonnay cultivated by the Bonard domaine. Therefore, this cuvée is the product of vines planted by four generations of the same family. Obviously, the yields were tiny in terms of quantity but very high in terms of quality. A unique bottle of its kind, the result of a very difficult year.
